This started as a demo for my art appreciation class. We worked with the cheapest of supplies (watercolor paint from Walmart, styrofoam plates) and created prints. Just for fun, I took this one a little further & added Prismacolor.

This little watercolor painting is in response to Daily Paint Works challenge "Value". You're restricted to only three values (no color), and you're encouraged to work from life. This was definitely a challenge, because I did work from life, and Bree, our grey tabby was snoozing until the phone rang.
